Reghis Romero II of Philippine Ecology Systems Corporation accepts the plaque from Navotas Mayor John Rey Tiangco as one of the top 20 taxpayers of the city during the 112th founding anniversary of Navotas City on Jan. 12 at Hotel Sofitel in Pasay City.
