INAUGURATION. Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista leads the inauguration of the Bistekville-11 housing project along Sarmiento Street in Barangay Sta. Monica as part of the city government’s effort to address the problem of informal settlements in the city. With Bautista are Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor chairman Terry Ridon, Secretary to the Mayor and QC Socialized Housing Task Force head Tadeo Palma, and other city and barangay officials.
