The National Resilience Council, led by the Department of National Defense and Hans Sy of SM Prime (center, front row) was launched to enable government and the private sectors to work together to make the country resilient to disasters. Present at the council’s launch were convenor Ambassador Roberto Romulo, Senator Loren Legarda, NRC vice chairman Antonia Yulo Loyzaga, and ARISE board members at SM Aura in Taguig City.
