Blocked

Members of the militant Bagong Alyansang Makabayan are blocked at T.M. Kalaw St. by MPD Civil Disturbance Management contingent when they tried to proceed to the U.S. Embassy in Manila to condemn the Duterte administrationís decision to push through with the war games between the Philippines and the United States despite the Palace statement last year that the 2016's Balikatan exercise would be the last.  Norman Cruz
