Relief on the roll

Carrascal Nickel Corp. launches Wednesday its ‘Kaagapay sa Pagbangon’ relief operations for Surigao quake victims, giving out clean water, rice, canned goods and other relief goods. The firm is the first to adopt an entire barangay (below) to help with the operations, with barangay chairman Tomas Delani thanking CNC for the help.
