This year marks the 25th anniversary of Laguna-based P.A. Alvarez Properties & Development Corp, one of the largest developers of affordable housing in Laguna, Bulacan, Pampanga, Batangas, Cavite and Metro Manila.
To commemorate its 25th year, the company will launch a series of activities highlighting the milestones achieved through the years, which will culminate in December with the company’s silver anniversary festivity for internal and external business partners.
As part of the initiatives, P.A. Properties recently launched “Buhay at Bahay”, a photography competition showcasing special moments and stories of individuals and families who dwell in the communities developed by the company. “Buhay at Bahay” echoes the company’s vision of transforming the lives of Filipino families by making their journey towards home ownership possible.
The contest is open to all aspiring photographers, 18 years old and above who are presently residing in the Philippines. All they need to do is to capture unique moments happening in P.A. Properties communities as seen through their lenses.
Participants can submit a maximum of three entries. Exciting prizes are in store for the winning entries while selected photos will be featured in P.A. Properties’ 25th Anniversary Exhibit in December.
