Property developer Megaworld Corp. said it expects to raise P10 billion in sales from a newly-launched residential project within its 15.4-hectare Uptown Bonifacio township in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Megaworld said in a disclosure to the stock exchange the 45-storey Uptown Arts Residence, its fourth residential building in Uptown Bonfacio, would offer 452 residential units.
The tower, which is expected to be completed in 2024, will sell residential units ranging from studio units of up to 41.5 square meters (sqm), one-bedroom of up to 66 sqm, a one-bedroom loft up to 117 sqm, two-bedroom of up to 98.5 sqm, three-bedroom of up to 125 sqm and a three-bedroom loft with a maximum size of 168 sqm.
All units have balconies while those in the amenity deck will have their own spacious lanai.
The executive and loft-type one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units will all have maid’s rooms with own toilets. All three-bedroom units will have bathtubs in their master bedrooms.
Rising along 9th Avenue near Uptown Mall and Uptown Parade, Uptown Arts Residence will be strategically located beside the proposed Skytrain Uptown Station, the monorail project of Infracorp that will connect Fort Bonifacio to MRT Guadalupe Station in Makati City.
It will also be just a few blocks away from the Kalayaan Station of the proposed Mega Manila Subway project.
It will have the easiest access to Kalayaan Avenue toward EDSA and C5 and is just a few blocks away from the bridge currently being constructed over Pasig River that will link Fort Bonifacio to Ortigas.
Once completed, the travel time from Uptown Bonifacio to Ortigas will only take less than 10 minutes.
