It is every Filipino family’s dream to have a house that they can call their own.
Settling down in a home is an aspiration that takes time and patience—and occasionally, hefty costs—to achieve.
But top-of-mind and affordable real estate developer Amaia Land offers hardworking and deserving Filipino families and individuals a way to fast-track the fulfillment of this dream: the Amaia Skies projects.
“The rapid increase in the number of aspiring homeowners that opt for Amaia properties attest to Amaia Land’s remarkable commitment in providing affordable and sustainable homes for all,” says Raizel Matibag of Amaia Land.
Amaia Skies ready-for-occupancy units are reportedly selling out fast, with just a few slots available at some of their developments.
Amaia Skies Cubao Tower 1, located at 5th Ave. corner P. Tuazon Ave. in Barangay Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, has already sold 1,069 units with only 57 units available. Tower 2, on the other hand, has sold 906 units with the remaining 136 expected to go soon.
Existing and prospective residents savor Amaia Skies Cubao’s proximity to bustling Araneta Center with its multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Both towers have a swimming pool and a multi-purpose hall.
Amaia Skies Avenida in Manila has sold 1,142 units, with 25 units still available. Homeowners in the high-density downtown property enjoy utmost privacy in their large swimming pool, jogging path and children’s play area.
Amaia Skies Shaw on Samat Street, Mandaluyong City, has 22 remaining units left, with 1,326 of their units already sold. Like the Avenida tower, the Shaw branch also has a swimming pool and a children’s play area.
At Amaia Skies Sta. Mesa, 757 units are already occupied, with 145 units still available to aspiring homeowners. Located at Victorino Mapa St., Sta. Mesa, Manila, the Sta. Mesa project features leisure amenities that include a swimming pool, a kiddie play area and a landscaped garden.
“All Amaia Skies projects are close to schools, recreational centers, hospitals, business establishments, as well as transport terminals,” Matibag says.
“Major retail outlets and banks, such as Puregold, 7-Eleven, Ministop and BPI have also set up shop at various Amaia Skies branches.”
Amaia Land brings the dream of owning affordable and sustainable homes closer to hardworking Filipinos through easy payment options: cash, deferred cash and bank financing.
Amaia continues to serve homeowners with affordable and sustainable developments that aim to elevate the Filipino living experience in a well-secured environment.
