The Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department of the Lung Center of the Philippines in Quezon City will conduct an orientation on One-year Hospital Dentistry with Minor Oral Surgery on Oct. 26 at the LCP’s Dental Unity Room C6.
Formerly offered by the Philippine College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the course is comprised of hospital decorum, proper management of medically compromised patients, review of basic oral surgery and exposure to oral and maxillofacial surgeries.
Attendees to this orientation course will be the fourth batch. One year is a requirement for residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery which is the only full time program .
Included in the residency program is the opportunity for rotation abroad as well as Master in Science in OMS.
