Revolution Precrafted,  a company led by Robbie Antonio that constructs and supplies prefabricated homes, said it signed a deal with Central Country Estate Inc. for the construction and delivery of precrafted homes and retail stores in a 70-hectare prime development in Lakeshore, Pampanga.

Revolution Precrafted said in a statement the project would involve the construction and supply of 7,100 prefabricated homes and pop-up retail stores within the master planned community in Pampanga.

“This is another landmark project that will put Revolution Precrafted at the forefront of global architecture and innovation. We will supply $115.4 Million to build more than 7,100 carefully curated prefabricated homes that will soon rise on a lush space in The Lakeshore in Mexico, Pampanga, situated at a mere stone’s throw away from an existing manmade lake lake,” Antonio, the founder and chief executive of Revolution Precrafted, said.

Antonio said the company expected to generate more than $345 million in revenues from the sale of the precrafted homes and pop-up retail stores.

Revolution Precrafted said the prefabricated homes to be shipped and installed in the community would feature 48-square-meter townhouses priced at an introductory price of P1.8 million; 60-square-meter single-attached units priced at P2.16 million; and 72-square-meter origin squared units priced at P2.52 million.
