Businessman Manuel Villar is expanding his retail business with the opening of retail brands All Home, All Day, Coffee Project and Bake my Day in Global South complex in Las Piñas City.
Villar, chairman of Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., said in an interview the company was accelerating the development of retail business not only to take advantage of the significant growth in the domestic economy but also to enhance the development within its mixed-use projects.
“As millennial families grow, they begin to look for bigger homes outside the hustle and bustle of central business districts,” Villar said.
Villar said the group was also adopting a strategy to open various brands in one location as this would fast track the expansion of the retail business.
All four retail brands are located within the 20,000-square-meter Global South complex being developed by the Villar group.
All Home Las Piñas is the 17th outlet since the company started in 2013 while All Day Supermarket is the 12th store.
Villar the said group planned to have 28 All Home stores and 26 All Day outlets by 2018.
