Technolux holding seminar for foodpreneurs

Technolux, an importer and supplier of foodservice, small wares and laundry equipment, is holding a business series for business owners and budding foodpreneurs to showcase its Taylor soft serve machines and Comprital Italian gelato and soft serve mixes on May 19 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Mall of Kitchens in San Antonio Village, Makati City.

Product demos showcasing the use and benefits of Taylor and Comprital to make the most profit out of an ice cream business will be conducted by the sales and technical team of Culinary Best Source Inc., a sister company of Technolux.

Taylor machines are among the top choices of quick service restaurants, fast-food chains, convenience stores, cafes and other establishments in the local restaurant and hospitality industry.

They have “a high over run ratio” compared to other brands.  This means that a Taylor machine can inject the right amount of air into the mix that makes the best finished product that look and taste good.

Customer satisfaction and more sales for one’s business are guaranteed.  Made in the USA,  they are available in a wide variety of models ranging from single serve counter top to twin twist floor models to produce ice creams of all kinds of gelatos, sorbets, Frozen Yogurt and soft-serve ice cream.

Meanwhile, for those who want to earn much more from their ice cream business, Technolux said the gelato and  soft serve ice cream mixes to use should be Comprital.  They are imported from Italy made with quality ingredients.

Founded 30 years ago in Milan and currently present in 68 countries, Comprital mixes are customizable according to the flavors that businesses want.  Flexibility is a big factor to grow one’s enterprise and Comprital is not limited to only a few ice cream and gelato flavors.

“For those who want to open a gelateria or upgrade their machines and ice cream ingredients, this business series is meant for you,” according to Technolux.
